We have been in business for over 20 years founded in 1999. We perform draw inspections for bank funded construction projects as well.

In a construction draw inspection, our certified inspector comes out and inspects the construction site to determine what percentage of work has been completed based on the project specifications. They’re looking to show where the project is in relation to the project timeline. In addition. they're checking the accuracy compared to the original draw request, and they’re looking at the budget. Pictures are taken to verify work completed and material on the site. This inspection is necessary for funds to be dispersed at various stages of the construction project.
